UP-4000

The Universal Priming 4000 machine is capable of up to 3600 primed cases per hour, depending on caliber. Almost no extra tooling is required if the original purchased machine is set up either for Small Rifle primers or Large Rifle primers. The machine can however be set up for both, providing small changes which are user-friendly and can be performed in less than one day's work.

Universal Priming Machine - Rifle Calibers

The PBM Automation UP4000 Rifle Priming machine warrants all checks and quality control of the primed cases during the process: for example, the seating depth of the primer, primer presence, reverse primer, sending all the sound and visual messages to the PLC screen and to the colour signal turret. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the PLC screen automatically will revert to the Camera Monitor function, allowing one operator to keep a set of multiple machines feeders always at proper cases level.
